Services

Three practical stages: find the right opportunity, screen for fit, then prepare the bid properly when it makes sense.

The goal is not to push every tender forward. The goal is to help companies focus attention where the effort appears justified, whether the starting point is a live file or a request to find one.

The LOD service model

We identify a relevant tender, send a concise brief, request the tender-specific company documents, and perform a first eligibility/workability screen. If the file is workable, we propose a paid fee. Once the agreed upfront 50% payment is received, LOD delivers the complete tender bid package within three business days. The client remains the bidder and normally submits directly to the buyer. Consulting is available only when the client prefers to prepare internally.

Tailored tender sourcing

Companies can contact us with their profile, capabilities, and objectives, and we can surface tenders that may fit either from briefs we already hold or by carrying out fresh research around the world.

Eligibility review

We review the tender-specific materials you send and flag whether the opportunity appears aligned with your company profile, references, and visible requirements.

Full bid preparation

If the tender is workable and you accept the written fee proposal, LOD prepares the full tender bid package itself—forms, technical sections, declarations, annexes, evidence mapping, method statements, and compliance notes as required—and delivers it to you for direct submission within three business days of receiving the agreed upfront 50% payment.

Process

A simple path that keeps weak-fit work from growing too early.

01

You can send us a live opportunity, or ask us to look for tenders that may fit your company profile.

02

We review our existing briefs and, where needed, carry out fresh research to identify relevant opportunities around the world.

03

If you are interested, we review the tender-specific documents needed for early fit screening.

04

If the file appears workable, we send a written fee proposal for the required preparation scope. You decide whether to accept it.

05

After acceptance, LOD prepares the complete package and returns it to you. You remain the bidder and normally submit it directly to the buyer.

First review stage

The documents we usually look at before deeper support begins.

“Does this tender actually fit the company, or are we about to spend serious time on something that was weak from the start?”

What we are looking for

We focus on scope fit, references, delivery logic, visible risk points, and missing items that may block the file early.

Typical screening documents

  • Company registration and core legal documents
  • Relevant references and experience evidence
  • Key staff, technical capacity, or product capability
  • Financial, compliance, or licensing items when the tender requires them

Fees and payment

The paid preparation fee is proposed only after the first document review shows the file is worth taking forward.

If the opportunity still looks workable after review, we send a clear written scope for the next stage. The fee depends on the real workload, the complexity of the file, and the amount of full bid preparation required.

Fixed fee, paid in two parts

When deeper support is proposed, it is quoted as a written fixed fee: 50% before the completed package is delivered and 50% after the client approves it. Once the upfront 50% payment is received, we deliver the completed full bid package within three business days. We do not work on a percentage of contract value.

Only after review

We first review the tender-specific company documents and confirm whether the file appears workable before any paid support is proposed.

Supported payment routes

Our preferred route is a secure online link for credit-card payment through Suyool or Deel. The client must have its own Deel account to use Deel. Whish and OMT (Western Union) are also supported alternatives.

Bank transfers and future methods

Bank-to-bank transfers may also be possible in some cases; ask by email before sending payment. We are working to support more methods soon.

See the current payment methods and instructions.

Important note

Clear scope, careful preparation, no false promises.

Levant Opportunity Desk does not represent the contracting buyers, whether they are NGOs, public institutions, embassies, or other organizations.

We do not represent the buyer or guarantee eligibility or award. We prepare the agreed bid package using the buyer's forms, confirmed tender scope and the information you provide; you remain responsible for the final submission.
