Client confidentiality

Your tender information stays yours.

LOD handles company and tender information confidentially by default, with clear limits on who can access it and how it may be used.

Private by default

We do not publish a client name, tender role or document without permission.

One client per tender

LOD does not support another bidder on the same tender assignment.

Your retention choice

At handover, choose return, deletion, or retention for future LOD work. We retain materials only at your request or where necessary.

Controlled working access

Access is limited to the people needed for the agreed work, in controlled non-public storage.

No unrelated reuse

We do not sell, rent, market with or repurpose your business information.

No public AI training

Client documents are not used to train public AI systems.

Read the LOD commitment

Our one-page confidentiality commitment explains these safeguards in a clear client-facing document.

Need a written agreement?

Before sensitive documents are shared, LOD can prepare a tender-specific written agreement with your company’s details and signature fields.

Request a written agreement

Secure sharing checklist

  • Share only material relevant to the agreed tender work.
  • If a file is especially sensitive, password-protect it and send the password separately.
  • Tell LOD if a file is provided for review only or must not be retained after handover.

Clear close-out

When the agreed work is complete, LOD records your instruction to return, delete or retain the working materials for future LOD work with your company.
